How To Get To Salagdoong Beach And Salagdoong Beach Resort Siquijor?
The best way to get to Salagdoong beach is by scooter. If you’re travelling from San Juan it will take around 40 minutes. If the long drive isn’t for you stop off on the way, perhaps at Cambugahay Falls as Salagdoong beach is located a little off the beaten track. You can rent scooters for around ₱300 a day and is a great budget option.
Renting scooters in Siquijor island is easy. There are lots of vendors renting scooter at the port or you can wait till you get to San Juan. We arranged our scooter rental through are hostel meaning we didn't have to leave a deposit. (Tip: Don't leave anything valuable or money...especially don't leave your passport!)
If you don't fancy driving a scooter, the Siquijor Day Tour is perfect to see the highlights.
The other way would be getting a trike or motorbike taxi. This would be expensive due to the long journey, however if budget isn’t a factor then you may choose to take a trike. Alternatively, it might make more sense to do the Siquijor Land Tour around the island to see all of Siquijor's top tourist spots in one day.

How Much Is The Entrance To Salagdoong Beach?
To park you pay ₱20 and per person the entrance fee is ₱50. You will see the stand next to the parking area.
Tip: Before going down the steep hill to the beach make sure you have everything you need as you don't want to be trekking back to your scooter in the heat. The hill is steep and a slog.

But what about the adventure? Well at Salagdoong beach you will find two concrete cliff jumps. One around 5 metres high (16.4 foot) and the other 10 metres (32 foot), from the diving boards on the edge of the small island. These can only be used at high tide and there is a lifeguard on duty if you would like to ask about where to land safely.
There are lots of vendors along the beach for food and drinks meaning you could spend the whole day here easily or just like us stop for a short swim and quick adrenaline rush with some epic cliff jumping.

Rent a scooter to explore the natural attractions. The island is small so it's the perfect place to learn to ride a scooter, just make sure you wear a helmet.
Final Thoughts On Salagdoong Beach
Although Salagdoong beach is a long drive over to the east side of Siquijor. For us it's worth the hype and long drive. If you can handle a long day in the sun, we recommend grouping a few attraction on the way such as Cambugahay Falls or Lacong Falls. You can go DIY Snorkelling, cliff jumping and relax on the white sand, all which make an amazing afternoon. We broke up the drive on the way back and grabbed something to eat. Overall, visiting Salagdoong Beach is a must do on Siquijor Island in our opinion.
